The hotel's central location made it incredibly convenient for visiting Florence's top attractions. Being close to the river allowed for scenic walks and easy access to the city's charming streets. The hotel's proximity to the shopping area was a major plus, making it effortless to indulge in retail therapy. The breakfast provided at the hotel was satisfying and a great way to start the day. The staff was also friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, close to all the key sites and a short walk from the train station. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a modern and beautifully done bathroom. The staff is friendly and the check-in process is fast. The breakfast offers a good variety of food and the service is excellent. Additionally, the hotel bar, located in the tower, provides breathtaking views of the city skyline.

The shower in the room can be a bit small and the water pressure is not great.

Great roof deck with amazing views of the city. the location was perfect, close to all the main monuments. Helpful front desk staff and easy parking arrangements.

Subpar rooms, with uncomfortable bedding and a dark atmosphere. the pillows smelled and everything felt old.

We were amazed by the breathtaking views from the tower at Torre Guelfa Palazzo Acciaiuoli. It was a truly unforgettable experience to see the city from all angles. The location was fantastic, allowing us to easily explore all the major attractions on foot. The room was comfortable and clean, and we appreciated the modern amenities. The breakfast offered a nice variety of pastries and great barista coffee. The staff were professional and arranged a kettle for us when requested. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

This place is located on a charming little street, just one block from the river, in the center of the old city. I loved being so close to the major attractions and being able to explore the city on foot. The staff here is very helpful and the service is top-notch. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. One highlight was the beautiful terrace, where I enjoyed a breathtaking view of the city and the surrounding countryside.

Despite some minor inconveniences, I would still recommend this hotel to my family.

I stayed at this place and it was great. The location was perfect, right in the center of everything. I could easily walk to all of the major attractions. The service was outstanding, they had room service and laundry available. They even offered a welcome drink and tours/ticket assistance. The room was luxurious and had everything I needed, including a terrace and in-room safe. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The location of this hotel was fantastic! It was in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all the famous sights. We were able to explore the city easily without needing to rely on public transportation. One of the best aspects of the hotel was the rooftop tower. We were able to climb up and enjoy a breathtaking view of the city and its main monuments. It was a truly memorable experience. Additionally, the breakfast provided by the hotel was quite good. They offered a nice range of products, including boiled eggs and hot beverages made to order.

The hotel is in a great location, close to the shopping area and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions. It is also close to the river and central to all the important touristy spots. the hotel offers a wonderful rooftop terrace with panoramic views and a medieval ambiance.

The bathroom in some rooms is in need of renovation, with only one shelf for towels.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the amazing 360 views from the tower and the centrally located hotel. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to help us. The rooftop terrace was a highlight, offering stunning night time views.
